How do I verify my account email, and what happens if it isn't verified?

We require you to verify your account using the link we send to your email upon registration. If your account isn't verified, you can create forms but they will not be submittable.

You should receive a verification email from us automatically when you register for an account, however, if you didn't receive it then the following may help;

  1. Check your email spam, promotions, or other folders to see if it landed somewhere you weren't expecting.
  2. If you still can't find it, or it has expired, you can re-issue it by selecting the 'Resend verification email' on your Paperform Dashboard. This will resend the link to the email you registered the account with.
  3. If you still aren't receiving the verification email, please contact us at support@paperform.co.
