How do I cancel my Subscription?

Paying Customers

If you are a paying customer, you can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. Please note that if you have already paused your account in the last 12 months, this option won’t be available; instead, you will need to cancel your account.

If you pause your subscription, it will automatically activate after 6 months of pausing (or the time length you choose) you can also choose to return sooner, if you need to, by simply reactivating.

To cancel:

  1. Go to your Account Settings via the avatar located at the top right of your Paperform Dashboard.
  2. Select the "Billing" tab to the screen's left.
  3. Scroll down to the "Cancel Subscription" button at the very bottom of the page, and select this to start the cancellation flow:

Trial Users

If your trial ends and you have not upgraded to a paid subscription, your account will continue to exist in a dormant state and retain your forms and data for a time, however your forms will no longer be live to the public and you will not be able to create or edit your forms. You can upgrade to a paid subscription to make forms available to the public, as well as create and edit forms. You can't "cancel" a trial subscription as they automatically expire after 14 days, however you can make a data request as outlined below.

Your Data

If your subscription is canceled, your account will remain dormant and retain your forms and data for 30 days. If your account has been cancelled for more than 30 days, your submission and form data may be deleted - we recommend exporting any submission results before canceling.
