Paperform is not HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant at this time.

Future plans

We may introduce a HIPAA-compliant form solution for Enterprise users at some point in the future. There is no official timeline for this yet, but you may sign up for our newsletter for the first word on any updates.
