How to Pause your Paperform Subscription

If you are planning on canceling your subscription, we now allow you to Pause instead.

If your subscription is canceled, your account will remain dormant and retain your forms and data for 30 days. You also won't be able to access you submission data. If your account has been cancelled for more than 30 days, your submission and form data may be deleted - we recommend exporting any submission results before canceling.

This means that you will not have to pay your next monthly bills, your forms will be paused, and you cannot create new forms. You can pause your subscription by clicking the cancellation button on the Billing Page of your Account Settings.

Pausing your Subscription

The maximum length that you can pause your subscription for is 6 months. If you would like to resume your subscription sooner, you can easily resume it at any time.

Resuming your subscription

Pausing, like cancelling will take effect at the end of your current billing period. For example; if you pause halfway through your monthly billing period, your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing cycle.
