AI Form Creation

Getting started from scratch can be daunting, especially when you're building something new. Crafting the right structure and questions for your form takes time and know-how, but now Paperform's AI will do the thinking for you and create your form in seconds. With AI-powered form creation, you can generate a form as simple or robust as you need in just a few moments, giving you a strong starting point to refine and customize.

Navigate to your dashboard and find the "Create with AI" button to get started.

Prompt the AI

In the next step, you'll see a field where you can enter a prompt to guide the AI in creating your form. Here, you can describe the form's purpose and desired outcome. To get the best results, consider adding as much detail as possible, specifying your audience, and providing relevant context. These details help ensure the AI generates a form that meets your needs. An alternative would be to use the suggested buttons that will quickly generate a form.

The following page may ask you to add some additional details to further refine the questions that will be asked on the form.

Modify the form

You will see the AI generated form on the right and another AI Prompting field on the left panel. This field allows you to continue to add prompts to further instruct the AI to modify the form. Once you've typed the desired modification, click on the "Request Changes" button.

In this example, I would like my products to be displayed at the top of the page and ask the respondent's contact information later in the form.

After implementing and executing the prompt, the AI has now moved my products to the top of the page to be the first question that is asked to the respondent.

When you're satisfied with the form, click on the "Continue to Editor" button to navigate to the Form Editor where you can add the finishing touches.
