Paperform Platform plans include generous limits out of the box, but a few things can be extended with an add-on if you need more capacity.

Here is what's available to add on in each tier:

## Free

No add-ons are available on the Free plan. If you need more than the included limits, you'll need to upgrade to Pro or Business.

## Pro and Business

 - Custom domains
 - Extra automation credits
 - Google Address Search

## Enterprise — Custom pricing

Limits and add-ons are tailored to your contract. Reach out to our Enterprise team to discuss what we have to offer.

## How add-on billing works

Add-ons fall into two types, and they're billed differently:

 - **Feature add-ons** — unlock a capability, like a custom domain or Google Address Search.
 - **Usage add-ons** — raise a usage cap over time, like extra automation credits.

**Removing an add-on** (either type): takes effect at the end of your current usage period. You keep the higher limit or feature until then — no partial refund for the time remaining.

**Adding a feature add-on**: takes effect immediately, and you're charged a prorated amount for the time left in your billing period.

**Adding a usage add-on**: takes effect immediately, but it's billed differently — you pay for the full period rather than a prorated amount:

 - **On a monthly plan**, you're charged for the full month regardless of when in the month you add it. The higher cap applies for the rest of that month, then renews normally.
 - **On an annual plan**, you're charged for the current month plus the remaining months left on your annual plan — again, not prorated for partial months.

**Example:** Say your annual plan renews every January 1st, and you add a usage add-on on June 15th. You'd be charged for June plus the 6 remaining months through December — 7 months total. If you then cancel on August 20th, the add-on stays active through August (the end of that usage period) and comes off on September 1st. You'd be credited for the 4 unused months (September–December) — but not for August, since that usage period had already started.
