## How to create a free form

 1. **Sign up** - Go to [paperform.co/register](https://paperform.co/register/) and create a free account. No credit card needed.
 2. **Start a new form -** From your dashboard, click **New Form**. Choose to start from a blank canvas, or choose a template or [create a form, using AI.](https://paperform.co/help/articles/how-do-i-create-a-form/)
 3. **Add your fields -** Click anywhere on the form to add a question or content block. We support text, dropdowns, date pickers, file uploads, payment fields, and more.
 4. **Set up logic (optional) -** Use **conditional logic** to show certain questions only when relevant — e.g., only ask for a phone number if someone selects "call me back."
 5. **Customize the look -** Adjust fonts, colors, background, and layout from **Theme & Appearance**.
 6. **Save and share -** Hit **Publish**, then copy your form's link, embed it on your site, or share it directly.
