Run: The monthly workout calendar provides suggested walk/run workouts each week that will help build your stamina and endurance. If you need progressions or regressions from the suggested runs, please let us know. We are happy to modify to your needs!
On Demand: The monthly workout calendar provides a suggested FIT4MOM On Demand workout that will challenge your agility and strength.
Strides: If you are a monthly member, this is a great day to attend an in-person Stroller Strides class!

We take it beyond the workout to work on nutrition, mindset, and real mom-to-mom connections. Our boot camps take the best of Body Well (fitness, nutrition, accountability) and break it down into simple, manageable habits. Each month we'll focus on one goal. This means less tracking, less time AND more results. For real.
