See How Digital Mobile Marketing Agency Zirch Save 5k / Month with Paperform and Zapier

UK Based Digital Mobile Marketing Agency Zirch (www.zirch.co.uk) specialise in web and mobile app development, SEO, and social media management. Specialising in mobile apps across all platforms meant they needed a form builder that they could trust to not only reflect their brand, but also practically manage flows across multiple departments.

They use the killer combo of Paperform and Zapier to solve lots of different needs around their business. They love the ability to tie in multiple useful services into their forms and set up complete workflows. One Zap setup runs 11 (eleven!!) different automations when their form is submitted, setting up everything from project management, updating the CRM, and invoicing new clients.

CEO Mark Ridgeon ellaborates

"Our spend of $39 per month with Paperform saves us over $5000 per month on staff salary and allows us to spend the time providing a first class customer experience that is error free!

The Paperform/Zapier integration has helped us enormously and saves us lots of time with manual admin work. Take for example one of our integrations which runs eleven different automations: this saves our sales people from manually inputting clients to the CRM system, as well as our accounts team from creating new clients in the accounting system. Even raising invoices and sending them to clients is performed automatically.

Our spend of $39 per month with Paperform saves us over $5000 per month on staff salary and allows us to spend the time providing a first class customer experience that is error free!

Our project management tool is Basecamp. The Paperform/Zapier integration saves our project managers from inputting client details to Basecamp manually. So, we're able to create new projects and communicate with clients automatically using delays in Zapier to give clients time to digest the sales process and not be bombarded with multiple communications at once.

The entire form data is sent to Trello so that project managers can access every detail of the submitted form with ease and organisation, and our legal agreements are created and sent automatically to clients via SignNow.

A manual setup of our entire process would take a multitude of departments several hours over several days. However, using the Paperform/Zapier integration everything is automated and takes less than a second to run."

Zirch's form and flow show that with Paperform & Zapier, you can automate just about anything.
