Paperform's custom confirmation pages take care of what the user sees on the front end, and on the back-end Zapier updates their ActiveCampaign CRM and Email List.

Why does she use these three?

"ActiveCampaign has nice forms I can create, but for my Automate Your Business Opt-in, I went with Paperform + Zapier + ActiveCampaign for a few reasons: I have much more flexibility to customize and personalize the form's display in Paperform compared to ActiveCampaign, I wanted to customize the text and the look and feel of the form, and Paperform is great for that; I loved that I could easily embed a video.

I also wanted to provide a recommendation based on the data submitted, to calculate the score, I used the Paperform Calculation feature. It was easy to implement the different paths using Paperform's Custom Confirmation Pages feature (and on my website I created a unique page for each outcome!)."

The "Instant" trigger in Zapier from Paperform made it a no-brainer; I could trigger the Zapier integration and subsequent ActiveCampaign automation right away.

But Ada says this Zap is just the beginning...

Within ActiveCampaign, I have an email sequence automation that is triggered by the Zap, so this connection in Zapier starts a whole chain of automated events! My Paperform + Zapier + ActiveCampaign Integration saves me tons of time, approximately 30 minutes per consultation - that's a huge amount of time over the week which I now use to create more content and work with clients. Every little bit counts. I think it's helpful to break down the small snippets of time that add up. I don't have to:

  • Repeat what it is that I do and how I can help in my consultations
  • Ask my potential clients what they do, or how they want to use automation in their business
  • Transfer the contact information and responses from Paperform into ActiveCampaign
  • Add the person to my Newsletter list
  • Add the person to my follow up automation
  • Remember to write and send follow up emails to people that have expressed interest but not signed up for a consultation
  • Provide examples of how to use automation in their business during a consultation
  • Explain how to use my automation calculator and why it is important
